Pins Mechanical Company & 16-Bit Bar+Arcade welcomes a Bartender to join our social gathering space featuring duckpin bowling, pinball, and shuffleboard. You will craft hand-crafted beverages and ensure accurate POS transactions while delivering an outstanding guest experience from the moment they arrive at the bar.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking IDs, maintaining cocktail expertise, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar with energy and knowledge.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Ring up tabs accurately in the POS system and process transactions quickly.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and cocktail recipes.
• Make drinks quickly and consistently for guests and cocktail servers.
• Assist teammates and keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
