Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years bartending in high-volume or upscale dining.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Deliver warm, personalized hospitality to every guest.
• Know menu and suggest pairings; understand features.
• Verify guest IDs and serve alcohol responsibly per laws.
• Enter orders into the POS and manage payments accurately.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen for timely service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock.
• Restock supplies and complete opening/closing side work.
• Ensure garnishes and ingredients are fresh.
• Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
