Responsibilities

• Set up the mise en place for the featured cocktails
• Ensure bar is stocked up
• Inform manager when items run low
• Greet guests as they are seated at the bar
• Clear bar area after guests leave and return items to washing areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests
• Coordinate with server, host and Maitre D to ensure efficient seating and service
• Thank guests as they are leaving
• Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation
• Be a team player; help out fellow staff whenever possible
