Job summary

You should have at least two years of high-end dining experience, be 21 or older, and hold an ANSI Food Handler Card along with a Responsible Beverage Service certificate.

This role requires a polished, guest-focused demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a seamless guest experience at the bar.
• Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients.
• Expedites drink orders quickly and accurately; maintains stock and cleanliness.
• Keeps station stocked with liquor, glassware, and accessories; handles cash and receipts.
• Maintains a relaxed, upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment with loud music.
• Communicates with support staff to ensure proper inventory and par levels.
