Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: craft cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Customer Service: greet guests, make recommendations, and handle requests professionally.
• Beverage Knowledge: know menu ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings.
• Inventory Management: monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Cleanliness and Organization: maintain tidy bar area and equipment sanitation.
• Cash Transactions: process payments and reconcile end of shift cash/credit sales.
• Teamwork: collaborate with servers, kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth operations.
