Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in an upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly and attentive customer interactions, and assist guests with drink selections.
• Beverage Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, ingredients, pairings, and industry trends.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar stock, manage liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware within budget.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep bar area clean and organized, follow sanitation guidelines.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and reconcile sales at shift end.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders; mentor junior staff.
