The role requires 21+ and experience in upscale dining, with proficiency in drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively support servers and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age required.
• Experience in an upscale restaurant preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of handling fast-paced environment and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with beverage selections and recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu, ingredients, and pairings; stay updated on trends.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock as needed within budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and reconcile sales at shift end.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
