• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including liquor and garnishes; manage costs within budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area; handle cash, card payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Collaborate with servers/kitchen; mentor junior bartenders or barbacks when needed.
