Responsibilities

Beverage preparation: prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and presentation guidelines.
Customer service: greet guests warmly and engage in friendly and attentive interactions; assist guests in choosing beverages and provide recommendations.
Beverage knowledge: understand the bar's menu, ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings; educate guests on drinks.
Inventory management: monitor bar inventory and ensure adequate stock within budget.
Cleanliness and organization: keep bar area clean; follow sanitation guidelines; process payments and reconcile sales at shift end.
Teamwork: collaborate with servers and kitchen staff; assist with training junior bartenders or barbacks.
