Stone Creek Dining Company - Montgomery is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering outstanding guest service. You will manage beverage knowledge, inventory, and bar cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending drinks, handling transactions, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. 21+ required; prior upscale experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have upscale bartending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: prepare cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and follow recipes.
• Customer Service: greet guests warmly and assist with beverage selections and recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: stay updated on menu ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings.
• Inventory Management: monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; manage inventory within budget.
• Cleanliness and Organization: maintain a clean, sanitary bar area and process payments accurately.
• Teamwork: collaborate with servers and kitchen staff; assist in training junior bartenders.
