Qualifications

• BARSAFE certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to success.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves cocktails per company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintains controlled product costs by following portion guidelines.
• Arrives on time and maintains a clean, professional uniform.
• Upholds hygiene and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Delivers hospitality by answering questions and addressing requests.
• Collaborates with management and team; offers constructive suggestions.
• Follows safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all levels.
• Familiar with emergency procedures and handbook duties.
• Performs opening/closing bar duties and bar area cleaning.
