Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Banquet Server for our Bend, Oregon property. You will help set up and prepare banquet spaces, serve guests, and ensure a seamless dining experience at each function.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in food service, preferably in banquet settings, with knowledge of wine and beverages, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering exceptional hospitality. This is a fast-paced, guest‑focused role at a world‑class property.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service is a plus.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions, including draping tables, silverware, napkins, and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and clear dishes during events.
• Break down and clean banquet spaces, including storerooms and back hall.
• Provide excellent guest service, answer questions, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to maintain service flow and quality.
