The role requires an 18+ age, a valid Bartender’s license, and previous upscale bartending experience. You will handle cash, upsell beverages, and maintain bar inventory according to RHG standards.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold a valid Bartender’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of bartending experience in an upscale environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to do basic math and handle cash.
• Ability to work with Point of Sale systems.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Serve guests at banquet bars and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upsell cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages as appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the banquet bar.
• Record beverage consumption and assist with cash handling according to standards.
