Job summary

Rand Tower Hotel, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Banquet Bartender in Minneapolis to direct setup for events, serve drinks, and assist with teardown. You will engage guests with a friendly service style and ensure timely beverage delivery.

We look for 2–4 years of bartending, experience in high-volume banquet settings, and knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails, and spirits. Excellent communication and a current bartender certification are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Direct set up and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve as bartender and clear/tear down banquet rooms after events.
• Greet guests, take orders, mix and present drinks following recipes.
• Input orders at the register and balance cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain stock and store perishables; ensure product quality.
