Kairoi is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a multifamily community in Austin, TX. You will clean common areas, model units, vacant apartments, and offices, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to interact professionally with residents. A valid driver's license and at least one year of housekeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related field is preferred.

• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and instructions.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms and fitness centers.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain leasing office, clubhouse, and other administrative spaces.
• Ensure model units are clean, presentable, and tour-ready.
• Perform inspections of common areas, grounds, and vacant units for maintenance or safety issues.
• Report issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
