You will perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing; restock supplies; report maintenance issues; and uphold health and safety standards while supporting a professional, resident-focused environment.

• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and other interior areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments after contractor work for immediate move-in.
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins and turnovers.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns to management.
• Follow cleaning, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment for residents and team members.
