Job summary

Sure Power, Inc. seeks a Service Engineer to refurbish, install, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems across the continental United States. This on-site role includes on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage and emergency response.

The candidate should hold an Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent training, with strong diagnostic, schematics-reading and electrical skills for 12VDC/208/480V power; experience with major UPS brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent required with 2+ years in the field or 5+ years in relevant UPS maintenance.
• Experience with UPS systems 25 KVA and larger preferred.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, reading schematics and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish, install, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems and equipment.
• Provide on-site and emergency field service across customer sites.
• Perform testing, commissioning reviews, and on-site testing procedures.
