Job summary

Sure Power, Inc. seeks a skilled UPS Service Engineer to refurbish, install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems across data centers and facilities in the continental U.S. You will perform preventive maintenance, on-site commissioning, and emergency support as needed.

The role requires reading schematics, wiring 3-phase systems, and working with high‑voltage equipment. A valid driver's license and DOT readiness are essential, with on-call shifts and training participation expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or Military Electronics Training with 2+ years' relevant experience.
• 5+ years' relevant experience in this field if no formal degree.
• Strong ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and refurbish UPS systems for 25KVA and larger.
• Install, test and troubleshoot UPS equipment.
• Perform on-site commissioning and create field reports.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance; drive DOT regulated vehicle.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and customer training.
