Job summary

The Academy in Montverde, FL seeks a part-time Upper School Math Development Teacher to provide targeted instruction and support to students building foundational math skills. The role involves guiding online coursework through FLVS while delivering in-person instruction, monitoring progress, and differentiating based on student needs.

Must collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators and be on campus 9:45am to 11:15am.

Qualifications

• Provide targeted mathematics instruction designed to strengthen foundational skills.
• Utilize online curriculum while delivering direct teaching and guided practice.
• Use assessment data to identify gaps and guide instruction/intervention.
• Differentiate instruction based on student needs and progress.
• Provide feedback to support progress and growth.

Responsibilities
