Job summary

Lakeside School in Seattle seeks an Admissions Visits Manager for in-person, full-time work. You will oversee the Upper School Tour, Interviewer, and Student Ambassador programs, and coordinate admitted student visits and family receptions.

Reporting to the Director of Upper School Admissions and Financial Aid, you will ensure a positive application experience and manage collaboration across admissions and financial aid staff, faculty, and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, or communications preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in a similar position preferred (education background also okay).
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications required.
• Ability to stand and walk between campuses; lift up to 20 pounds; multiple site visits.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to interact with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Upper School Tour Program with yearly updates and scheduling.
• Lead the Upper School Student Ambassador Program and train student ambassadors as guides.
• Coordinate online and in-person Upper School interviews and interviewer training.
• Plan and run the Upper School Admitted Student Visit Day for a student-centered experience.
• Organize the Upper School Admitted Student and Family Reception for newly admitted families.
• Support general admission and financial aid duties, including visitor welcome and inquiries.
