Lakeside School in Washington, DC is seeking an Admissions Operations Coordinator to join an eight-person team and manage the office’s admissions processes, databases, and reports. The role emphasizes customer service, meticulous project management, and cultural awareness in interactions with current and prospective Lakeside families.

The ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, 2–5 years in admissions or a related office, and experience with Aryval, Veracross, and Clarity.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree.
• Two to five years of experience in admissions and financial aid or another office preferred.
• Ability to learn new data systems and data processes quickly, ability to problem solve and think creatively.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness, including knowledge of themselves and the cultural lenses they bring to interactions.
• Satisfactory completion of three criminal background checks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate admissions processes, including updating decision letters and packets in Aryval and releasing admissions decisions.
• Support newsletters and communications for admissions and financial aid.
• Monitor communication with prospective families and manage office inquiries.
• Manage and run reports from Aryval and Veracross; assist with data collection projects.
• Prepare enrollment contracts and coordinate with Business and Development Offices; update New Families webpages.
• Plan and support admissions and financial aid events; manage office operations and communications.
