Job summary

Stryker Missouri is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Representative to drive growth in the hospital channel. You will actively sell Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident expert and delivering training and product insights in fast-paced operating room environments.

This role rewards hands-on organizing, fast problem solving, and strong relationship-building with hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of Sales Experience - Preferred.
• Knowledge of principles for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident Upper Extremities expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Live by the mission, managing inventory and assisting customers as needed.

What you need-

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+years experiencein a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
• 3+ years of Sales Experience - Preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, includingmarketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Excellent organizational skillsandknowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)
• Experience in building andmaintainingrelationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability toparticipatein andattend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, asrequired
• Must adhere tocompliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company’s policies and procedures

Sales Base/Draw + commission: $50,000and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
