What You Will Do

• Partner with Sales Reps to learn the industry and contribute to business growth in the territory, including covering cases, marketing, building sets, managing inventory, and converting customers to Stryker.
• Attend surgeries using Stryker Upper Extremities products, instruct surgeons on product use, and ensure product availability.
• Educate healthcare staff on product use, functionality, updates, and educational programs.
• Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide customer service, and develop relationships.
• Identify prospects' needs and respond appropriately.
• After training, tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, and answer customer questions.
• Perform field calls, assist in sales planning, and help meet business targets.
• Serve as backup contact for Sales Reps, understand regulatory compliance, and assist with account issues.
• Manage inventory and processing of purchase orders.
• Market products, stay current on industry trends, and participate in meetings.
• Adhere to compliance and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification + 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma + 4 years of related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service
