What you will do
- Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and Upper Extremities business, contributing to growth in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include covering cases, marketing, building sets, managing inventory, and converting customers to Stryker.
- Attend surgeries using Stryker Upper Extremities products, ensuring product availability and instructing surgeons on usage.
- Educate healthcare staff on product use, functionality, updates, and educational programs.
- Work with sales teams to identify opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and develop relationships.
- Identify prospects' needs and develop responses with the Sales Representative.
- After extensive training, tailor promotional messages, advise on product selection, and answer customer questions.
- Perform field calls and assist in implementing sales plans and marketing strategies to meet targets.
- Serve as backup contact for Sales Reps, understand regulatory compliance, and resolve account issues.
- Partner on inventory management and processing Customer Purchase Orders.
- Market products based on features and competitive advantages, staying current on industry trends.
- Participate in sales and professional meetings outside regular hours.
- Adhere to compliance, confidentiality, and legal regulations, maintaining ethical standards.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree OR
- Associate’s degree or Medical Certification + 2 years of related experience OR
- High School Diploma + 4 years of related experience OR
- 4+ years of active military service
