Job summary

Leap on the Upper East Side is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for the Rylee + Cru boutique. You will engage discerning customers, drive satisfaction, and build brand connections while representing luxury service standards.

The role requires energy on the sales floor, the ability to balance multiple tasks, and may include opening/closing duties or keyholder responsibilities. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in luxury or premium client-facing retail.
• Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
