ADP, Inc. is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive in San Francisco to drive new business within a 25-49 employee market. You’ll target business owners and decision-makers, addressing payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management with ADP’s HCM solutions.

You’ll prospect daily, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the buying journey, closing deals and expanding within accounts. The role emphasizes training, technology, and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience or business development.
• Proven New Business Hunter with a consultative approach.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to drive sales results.
• Self-motivated and resilient with a growth mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and data-driven processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with HCM, payroll or SaaS solutions is a plus.
