The Learning Experience is hiring an experienced UPK Teacher to create a fun, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll have the support of our proprietary L.E.A.P.

Curriculum®, classroom resources, and a collaborative center team—giving you more time to focus on what matters most: teaching and building meaningful relationships with children and families. You’ll lead a safe, developmentally appropriate preschool classroom, implementing hands-on

Qualifications

• NYS Certified Teacher with a minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in preschool or early childhood settings.
• Knowledge of NY childcare licensing, health and safety requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, engaging preschool classroom aligned with curriculum.
• Bring L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to life with hands-on lessons.
• Support social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development.
• Create a welcoming, supportive classroom environment for all children.
• Observe progress and communicate with families regularly.
• Maintain materials, routines, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership for a great family experience.
