Job summary

Fairfield Chair in Lenoir, NC is seeking an experienced upholsterer to join our manufacturing team. You will operate on a work platform, securing padding and fabric, and shaping materials to specified contours using staple guns and cutting tools.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on upholstery experience, proficiency with Word/Excel, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time role with a $1500 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.
