Utilizing techniques that have been passed down since 1921, we execute masterful craftsmanship with a focus on quality, comfort, and design on each piece. We would like for you to be part of our family tradition we are currently looking for an upholstery repair. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Repair Major upholstery damage* Ability to multitask and work quickly.* Must learn how to read SPEC sheet* Must be able to use tools such as pneumatic staple gun, regulator, and have knowledge of how to use plygrip, mauls, hammers, scissors, brass nail guns, and tack pullers in order to be able to repair imperfections.* Must be able to recognize defective items to be able to correct.* Conduct inspection to assure cover matches ticket on piece, including cushions and back.* Assure that grain runs straight, no lumps, holes, or cat tacks.* Perform additional functions as requested by management* Performs work assignments with minimum direction from the supervisor.* Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Effective communication & interpersonal skills required to build relationships across the business* Upholstery repair experience 1 year or more* Upholstery experience required* Must have some computer skills and ability to use a scanner* Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills* Effective organizational, stress and time management skills* Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines* Ability to work independently or as a team member* Ability to read work instructions**Physical Requirements:*** Standing, walking, bending for an 8-hour shift* Able to lift up to 50 pounds* Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects* Move products from upholstery locations to finished products**Benefits include, but not limited to:*** PTO & Paid Holidays* Health, Dental, Vision & other supplemental insurances* Paid Life Insurance* 401k Plan (with company match)* Paid Volunteer Time Off* Employee Discount Program
