Role Description

The Upholsterer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lenoir, NC. This role involves building and upholstering furniture pieces according to design specifications, including preparing frames, cutting and attaching fabric, foam, and padding, and finishing seams and edges. Day-to-day tasks include operating hand and power tools, performing sewing and stapling operations, inspecting materials and finished products for quality, and making adjustments or repairs as needed. The Upholsterer collaborates with production team members, follows safety and quality standards, and maintains a clean, organized work area to support efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications
