Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop, and support plant staff to build a strong, capable team.
  • Set the plant’s overall strategy, goals, and performance deliverables.
  • Manage how the plant interacts with and impacts the broader Supply Chain organization.
  • Lead the plant’s community involvement efforts and external engagement.
  • Drive effective cross‑functional collaboration across internal teams.
  • Warranties and build strong relationships through regular, professional communication.
