• Lead daily facilities team activities to support business continuity and excellence.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital plans; monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Build and sustain high-performing vendor partnerships and oversee contractors and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations; ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a strong facilities team and drive accountability.
