Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in assembly and packaging preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Familiar with hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble upfit components per specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, schematics, drawings, and installation instructions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical tasks as required.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Ensure installations meet quality and customer specs.
• Inspect work for accuracy and function.
• Troubleshoot installation issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Document work and report issues.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
