Sage Oil Vac Inc. in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Welder to perform MIG welding and fabricate components for fluid handling equipment. You will read blueprints, ensure weld quality, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues. It is an hourly position within Production, with opportunities to support fabrication and assembly teams on various projects.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is highly desirable.
• Proven Welder experience with MIG welding techniques.
• Strong welding skills with precision and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of different metals and their welding procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting welding-related issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Perform welding tasks, including MIG and other processes, following drawings and project specs.
• Fabricate and assemble components such as tanks, frames, brackets, and metal structures.
• Inspect welds for quality and structural integrity according to standards.
• Safely handle welding materials, gases, and equipment; follow safety guidelines.
