4. Enforce compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across the branch.
5. Lead, coach, and support branch staff to build a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
6. Use sound judgment and discretion when handling customer transactions and confidential information.

Position Requirements:

1. Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a banking or financial services setting.
