UMass Memorial Health is hiring for a Registration Specialist in a night-shift operation. You will collect patient demographics, verify insurance, schedule services, and collect payments as needed in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The role requires strong data-entry and customer service skills, proficiency with Windows, and the ability to work in a high-volume team. A High School Diploma is required; signing bonus may be offered.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $19.74 - $26.96 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week). Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Work is considered moderate. Position requires work indoors hospital outpatient and Emergency Department environment. Holiday and/or weekend shift work, as well as after-hours coverage as required.
