UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Patient Access professional to support frontline registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing tasks within a high-volume hospital setting. You will collect patient information, verify coverage, assist with pre-authorizations and coordinate radiology and lab appointments while upholding our Standards of Respect.
The role is non-exempt with a 40-hour weekly schedule, with potential signing bonus and opportunities for growth
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $15.00 - $27.00
(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
