UMass Memorial Health Marlborough Hospital in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Registration Services Clerk to support scheduling and patient access. You will enter appointments across Lab, Radiology and basic ancillary services, verify insurance and pre-authorizations, and collect patient liabilities prior to service.
The role requires a High School Diploma, availability to work every other weekend and holidays, and training on first and second shifts.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $17.69 - $28.01 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Under the general direction of the Registration Services Supervisor, Manager, and/or Director, performs a variety of complex duties for the registration and basic scheduling skill.
