Qualifications

• Advanced degree in sustainable development or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management.
• Proven ability to lead large interagency processes and coordinate UNSDG activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective functioning of the UNSDG and work planning for the Principals.
• Provide direct line management and strategic direction to the Secretariat.
• Coordinate interagency processes and prepare background materials for meetings.
• Support implementation of UNSDG decisions with timely guidance and tools.
• Mentor staff and ensure data-driven planning and reporting across the UNSDG.
