Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Medication Nurse to administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, and document in MAR/TAR in real time to support accurate care planning.

You will monitor residents for symptom changes, report adverse reactions promptly, and maintain narcotics counts while upholding compliance and safety standards to protect resident health.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Pay Range:

29.25 - 39.05
