Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate care for residents in a senior living community. You will administer medications, transcribe orders, and support care plan updates while maintaining medication carts and compliance standards.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong assessment and documentation skills, with senior care or medication administration background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.

• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:
