Job summary

Noblis is seeking Systems Engineers at multiple levels to support unmanned systems and counter-unmanned systems RDT&E programs. The role spans requirements analysis, architecture, interoperability, data standards, and COP integration, with mission-focused planning and execution across sites in the National Capital Region.

The team emphasizes rigorous analysis, lifecycle assessments, and collaboration with government stakeholders to transition technology from testing to operational deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Systems Engineering supporting requirements development, architectures, and V&E in federal space.
• Modeling and Simulation, including MBSE to inform test planning and equipment placement.
• Supporting T&E events in field environments with technical support to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements analysis, architecture development, interface definition, and integration planning.
• Provide technical analyses to assess interoperability across multi-vendor test environments.
• Evaluate system compliance with data and communications standards.
• Provide assessments to support integration of technologies into common operating pictures.
• Develop life cycle assessments and recommendations for test directors and stakeholders.
• Drive test planning, data collection, and success metrics for engineering aspects of test events.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for all T&E activities.
