Job summary

Titan Echelon, LLC seeks an Air Vehicle Operator to join our Flight Operations team. The role will function as Pilot in Command on unmanned aircraft for a Department of Defense customer, with opportunities as Mission Commander when not acting as PIC.

The candidate should possess a US passport, active security clearance, and FAA credentials, with 4+ years of relevant experience. The position requires adaptability to long hours and team collaboration in a defense environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with valid US passport.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• FAA private pilot’s license with an instrument rating.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS).
• Provide Mission Coordinator/Commander support when not acting as PIC.
• Support long endurance systems for national or theater level customers.
• Plan and coordinate missions under varying airspace conditions.
• Maintain up-to-date situational awareness of ongoing operations.
• Understand government defense industry policies and procedures.
• Meet/exceed performance standards per training syllabuses.
• Develop training programs and schedules based on training needs.
