Technology Service Corporation Defense Services in Arlington, VA seeks an Air Vehicle Operator (AVO) with group 4+ UAS experience to join a fast-paced AISR team. You will operate the unmanned system as part of the operations team and ensure adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Role demands PIC responsibilities, strict compliance with FAA/ICAO standards, and readiness for deployment across CONUS/OCONUS. Active SECRET DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years group 4+ UAS experience
• 100+ PIC flight hours on unmanned aircraft
• FAA Private Pilot License and Instrument Rating
• FAA Class 2 medical (annual)
• Must meet CONUS or OCONUS duty requirements
• Active SECRET DoD clearance required

Responsibilities

• Operate unmanned aircraft system safely and efficiently
• Serve as Pilot-In-Command for daily flight operations
• Adhere to flight procedures, training, and standards
• Enforce flight and ground safety across the fleet
• Be available for shift work and variable hours
• Support internal audits and performance reviews
• Maintain readiness requirements and required certifications
