Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, picking, auditing, and palletizing. The role is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires lifting 25–75 lbs.

We offer benefits after 60 days, opportunities for career growth, paid training, and a chance to see multiple sites as part of our travel team. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments.
• Select, palletize, and sort items.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on site.
• Follow directions from site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
