Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Jessup, MD to support loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, and other duties across our distribution sites. This role is fast-paced and physical, requiring lifting 25–75 lbs and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physical environment.
• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs; heavy lifting required.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, select, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
