Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of duties including loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing in a fast-paced environment. The role requires being physically active and able to lift up to 75 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

• High-energy individual with strong work ethic.
• Physically able to lift 25–75 lbs and perform fast-paced duties.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, select and palletize items per site instructions.
• Audit, repack, sort, clean up and perform duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to maintain safety and productivity.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
