Job summary

Capstone is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in the United States. Join a fast-paced team responsible for loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, palletizing, and general site duties under leadership guidance.

We value high-energy, strong work ethic and physical stamina. Able to lift 25–75 lbs; prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is provided. Weekly pay and benefits after 60 days are offered, with opportunities for growth on our travel team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from pallets and docks.
• Select items for orders and assist with auditing of shipments.
• Repack, sort, palletize, and clean work areas as assigned.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as directed by site leadership.

The Opportunity

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
