Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Hernando, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a variety of duties in a fast-paced, physical environment, including loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing.

You will join a high-performance culture with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, opportunities for career growth, paid training, and a chance to travel across Capstone’s network while supporting multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lb (varying materials).
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, select items, and palletize as directed.
• Perform audits, repack, sort, and clean work areas.
• Operate within safety guidelines at Capstone sites.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
