Confidential Employer in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an attorney to independently manage unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation from inception through resolution.

You will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents, and represent landlords in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Requires CA bar, JD, and 4+ years of related experience; hybrid schedule offered.

Qualificações

• Active California Bar license required and JD degree.
• 4+ years of unlawful detainer litigation experience for landlords.
• Solid knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and eviction procedures.
• Strong litigation, writing, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple cases.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant cases from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Represent landlords in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes.
